OUR Certifications
ISO 9001 : Management System (QMS) Certification
The purpose of quality management system certification is to enhance the level of quality management of Taiwan's organizations, ensure quality of products, and protect the rights and interests of buyers and consumers. The certification standard is ISO 9001 (CNS 12681) and 1,459 organizations have been certified as of November 30, 2004.
ISO 9001:2000 is the updated standard for quality management systems, one of the best known standards issued by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization.
ISO 14001 : Environment Management System (EMS) Certification
The purpose of environment management system certification is to assist Taiwan's organizations in implementing environmental management systems, enhancing public image, and improving environmental performance so as to meet the goals of pollution prevention and sustainable development. The certification standard is ISO 14001 (CNS 14001) and 189 organizations have been certified as of November 30, 2004.
ISO/TS 16949
The ISO/TS16949 is an ISO technical specification aiming to the development of a quality management system that provides for continual improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain. It is based on the ISO 9001 and the first edition was published in March 2002 as ISO/TS 16949:2002.
It was prepared by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and the "Technical Committee" of ISO. It harmonizes the country-specific regulations of Quality-Management-Systems.
About 30 percent of the more than 100 existing automobile manufacturers affiliate the requirements of the norm but especially the large Asian manufacturers have differentiated, own requirements for the quality management systems of their corporate group and their suppliers.
TS16949 applies to the design/development, production and, when relevant, installation and servicing of automotive-related products. It is based on ISO 9001.
The requirements are intended to be applied throughout the supply chain. For the first time vehicle assembly plants will be encouraged to seek ISO/TS16949 certification.
For industrial products announced in accordance with the Commodity Inspection Act to be subject to mandatory inspection
CSA For Canada and the U.S.
For Canada and the U.S.: A CSA mark with the indicators "C" and "US" or "NRTL/C" means that the product is certified for both the U.S. and Canadian markets, to the applicable American and Canadian standards. If a product has features from more than one area, (e.g.. electrical equipment with fuel burning features), the mark indicates compliance to all applicable Standards.
TUV : Management System (QMS) Certification
TUVdotCOM is the Internet platform for tested quality and safety. It documents all product properties, services, enterprises and systems tested and personal certifications provided by TUV Rheinland Group. The service is available to manufacturers, purchasing, wholesalers, retailers and consumers
C-UL US Listing Mark
UL introduced this new Listing Mark in early 1998. It indicates compliance with both Canadian and U.S. requirements. The Canada/U.S. UL Mark is optional. UL encourages those manufacturers with products certified for both countries to use this new, combined Mark, but they may continue using separate UL Marks for the United States and Canada.
OHSAS 18001
OHSAS 18000 is an international occupational health and safety management system specification. It comprises two parts, 18001 and 18002 and embraces a number of other publications.

OHSAS 18001 is an Occupation Health and Safety Assessment Series for health and safety management systems. It is intended to help an organizations to control occupational health and safety risks. It was devloped in response to widespread demand for a recognized standard against which to be certified and assessed.
